Aromas and Archetypes

Three essential archetypes with three corresponding essential oil blends will be discussed. Aromas comfort us when we work to know our archetypes. Archetypes are the patterns of energy, thoughts and behaviors we have as human beings.

Awareness of our personal archetypes gives us perspectives on thoughts and behaviors. If we lack awareness of our archetypes we can be unconscious of our projections. Our archetypes can unconsciously project our problems onto others. Awareness along with aromas can help wake us up to the conscious expectations we put on ourselves and others.

We will explore three examples of essential archetypes are the victim, the rescuer and the saboteur. The light sides and shadow sides of each archetype will be discussed and accompany and the aroma blends for each archetype will be shared.
